driver core: have match() callback in struct bus_type take a const *

In the match() callback, the struct device_driver * should not be
changed, so change the function callback to be a const *.  This is one
step of many towards making the driver core safe to have struct
device_driver in read-only memory.

Because the match() callback is in all busses, all busses are modified
to handle this properly.  This does entail switching some container_of()
calls to container_of_const() to properly handle the constant *.

For some busses, like PCI and USB and HV, the const * is cast away in
the match callback as those busses do want to modify those structures at
this point in time (they have a local lock in the driver structure.)
That will have to be changed in the future if they wish to have their
struct device * in read-only-memory.

driver core: mark remaining local bus_type variables as const

Now that the driver core can properly handle constant struct bus_type,
change the local driver core bus_type variables to be a constant
structure as well, placing them into read-only memory which can not be
modified at runtime.

isa: Remove unnecessary checks

The isa_dev->dev.platform_data is initialized with incoming
parameter isa_driver. After it isa_dev->dev.platform_data is
checked for NULL, but incoming parameter isa_driver is not
NULL since it is dereferenced many times before this check.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

bus: Make remove callback return void

The driver core ignores the return value of this callback because there
is only little it can do when a device disappears.

This is the final bit of a long lasting cleanup quest where several
buses were converted to also return void from their remove callback.
Additionally some resource leaks were fixed that were caused by drivers
returning an error code in the expectation that the driver won't go
away.

With struct bus_type::remove returning void it's prevented that newly
implemented buses return an ignored error code and so don't anticipate
wrong expectations for driver authors.

isa: Make the remove callback for isa drivers return void

The driver core ignores the return value of the remove callback, so
don't give isa drivers the chance to provide a value.

Adapt all isa_drivers with a remove callbacks accordingly; they all
return 0 unconditionally anyhow.

driver core: add SPDX identifiers to all driver core files

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the driver core files files with the correct SPDX license
identifier based on the license text in the file itself.  The SPDX
identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of
the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

isa: Prevent NULL dereference in isa_bus driver callbacks

The isa_driver structure for an isa_bus device is stored in the device
platform_data member of the respective device structure. This
platform_data member may be reset to NULL if isa_driver match callback
for the device fails, indicating a device unsupported by the ISA driver.

This patch fixes a possible NULL pointer dereference if one of the
isa_driver callbacks to attempted for an unsupported device. This error
should not occur in practice since ISA devices are typically manually
configured and loaded by the users, but we may as well prevent this
error from popping up for the 0day testers.

isa: Call isa_bus_init before dependent ISA bus drivers register

The isa_bus_init function must be called before drivers which utilize
the ISA bus driver are registered. A race condition for initilization
exists if device_initcall is used (the isa_bus_init callback is placed
in the same initcall level as dependent drivers which use module_init).
This patch ensures that isa_bus_init is called first by utilizing
postcore_initcall in favor of device_initcall.
