[ Upstream commit 65abbda8ed7ca48c8807d6b04a77431b438fa659 ]

Panels must be initialised with drm_panel_init(). Add the missing
function call in the panel-raspberrypi-touchscreen.c and
panel-sitronix-st7789v.c drivers.

The following function calls may fail and return NULL, so the null check
is added.
of_graph_get_next_endpoint
of_graph_get_remote_port_parent
of_graph_get_remote_port

Update: Thanks to Sam Ravnborg, for suggession on the use of goto to avoid
leaking endpoint.

Drop use of the deprecated drmP.h header file.

While touching the list of include files:
- Divide include files in blocks of linux/* video/* drm/* etc.
Be consistent in the order of the blocks
- Sort individual blocks of include files

It turns out that I had just mistaken what type of write the register
writes were supposed to be, using DCS instead of generic long writes.

Switching to transactions instead of using the atmel as a bridge also
seems to resolve the sparkling pixels problem I've had.

There is one caller which checks whether rpi_touchscreen_i2c_read()
returns negative error codes. Currently it can't because negative
error codes are truncated to u8, but that's easy to fix if we change the
type to int.

This driver communicates with the Atmel microcontroller for sequencing
the poweron of the TC358762 DSI-DPI bridge and controlling the
backlight PWM.

v2: Set the same default orientation as the closed source firmware
used, which is the best for viewing angle.
v3: Rewrite as an i2c client driver after bridge driver rejection.
v4: Finish probe without the DSI host, using the new delayed
registration, and attach to the host during mipi_dsi_driver probe.
v5: Rework to drop the "probe without DSI host" mode again, now that
vc4 will create the host early on.
v6: Drop unused brightness #define (noticed by Thierry)
