Fix race condition between host1x_syncpt_alloc()
and host1x_syncpt_put() by using kref_put_mutex()
instead of kref_put() + manual mutex locking.

This ensures no thread can acquire the
syncpt_mutex after the refcount drops to zero
but before syncpt_release acquires it.
This prevents races where syncpoints could
be allocated while still being cleaned up
from a previous release.

Remove explicit mutex locking in syncpt_release
as kref_put_mutex() handles this atomically.

<title>gpu: host1x: Remove mid-job CDMA flushes</title>

The current code can issue CDMA flushes (DMAPUT bumps) in the middle
of a job, before all opcodes have been written into the pushbuffer.
This can happen when pushbuffer fills up. Presumably this made sense
at some point in the past, but it doesn't anymore, as it cannot lead
to more space appearing in the pushbuffer as it is only cleaned full
jobs at a time.

Mid-job flushes can also cause problems, as in an extreme situation
(seen in practice), the hardware can run through the entire pushbuffer
including the prefix of a partially written job without the driver
being able to process any CDMA updates. This can cause the engine
MLOCK to be taken and held for extended periods as the tail of the
job is not yet available to hardware.

Pull drm updates from Dave Airlie:
 "Outside of drm there are some rust patches from Danilo who maintains
  that area in here, and some pieces for drm header check tests.

  The major things in here are a new driver supporting the touchbar
  displays on M1/M2, the nova-core stub driver which is just the vehicle
  for adding rust abstractions and start developing a real driver inside
  of.

  xe adds support for SVM with a non-driver specific SVM core
  abstraction that will hopefully be useful for other drivers, along
  with support for shrinking for TTM devices. I'm sure xe and AMD

<title>gpu: host1x: Do not assume that a NULL domain means no DMA IOMMU</title>

Previously with tegra-smmu, even with CONFIG_IOMMU_DMA, the default domain
could have been left as NULL. The NULL domain is specially recognized by
host1x_iommu_attach() as meaning it is not the DMA domain and
should be replaced with the special shared domain.

This happened prior to the below commit because tegra-smmu was using the
NULL domain to mean IDENTITY.

Now that the domain is properly labled the test in DRM doesn't see NULL.
Check for IDENTITY as well to enable the special domains.

This is the same issue and basic fix as seen in
commit fae6e669cdc5 ("drm/tegra: Do not assume that a NULL domain means no
DMA IOMMU").

Inside the probe function when pm_runtime_enable() is called,
the PM core invokes a resume callback if the device Host1x is
in a suspended state. As it can be seen in the logs above,
this leads to host1x_intr_start() function call which is
trying to acquire a mutex lock. But, the function
host_intr_init() only gets called after the pm_runtime_enable()
where mutex is initialised leading to the use of mutex
prior to its initialisation.

Fix this by moving the mutex initialisation prior to the runtime
PM enablement function pm_runtime_enable() in probe.

The continual trickle of small conversion patches is grating on me, and
is really not helping.  Just get rid of the 'remove_new' member
function, which is just an alias for the plain 'remove', and had a
comment to that effect:

This was just a tree-wide 'sed' script that replaced '.remove_new' with
'.remove', with some care taken to turn a subsequent tab into two tabs
to make things line up.

I did do some minimal manual whitespace adjustment for places that used
spaces to line things up.

Then I just removed the old (sic) .remove_new member function, and this
is the end result.  No more unnecessary conversion noise.

Commit 4c27ac45e622 ("gpu: host1x: Request syncpoint IRQs only during
probe") caused a boot regression for the Tegra186 device. Following this
update the function host1x_intr_init() now calls
host1x_hw_intr_disable_all_syncpt_intrs() during probe. However,
host1x_intr_init() is called before runtime power-management is enabled
for Host1x and the function host1x_hw_intr_disable_all_syncpt_intrs() is
accessing hardware registers. So if the Host1x hardware is not enabled
prior to probing then the device will now hang on attempting to access
the registers. So far this is only observed on Tegra186, but potentially
could be seen on other devices.

Fix this by moving the call to the function host1x_intr_init() in probe
to after enabling the runtime power-management in the probe and update
the failure path in probe as necessary.

In order to store device DMA parameters, the DMA framework depends on
the device's dma_parms field to point at a valid memory location. Add
backing storage for this in struct host1x_memory_context and point to
it.
