clang-14 complains about an unusual way of converting a pointer to
an integer:

drivers/misc/cb710/sgbuf2.c:50:15: error: performing pointer subtraction with a null pointer has undefined behavior [-Werror,-Wnull-pointer-subtraction]
        return ((ptr - NULL) &amp; 3) != 0;

Replace this with a normal cast to uintptr_t.

An attempt was made to provide a proper kerneldoc header for
cb710_sg_dwiter_write_next_block(), but a description for it's 'data'
argument was missed.

Squashes W=1 kernel build warning:

 drivers/misc/cb710/sgbuf2.c:131: warning: Function parameter or member 'data' not described in 'cb710_sg_dwiter_write_next_block'

<title>cb710/core.c: use generic power management</title>

Drivers should not use legacy power management as they have to manage power
states and related operations, for the device, themselves. This driver was
handling them with the help of PCI helper functions like
pci_save/restore_state(), pci_enable/disable_device(), etc.

With generic PM, all essentials will be handled by the PCI core. Driver
needs to do only device-specific operations.

Compile-tested only.

<title>misc: remove redundant 'default n' from Kconfig-s</title>

'default n' is the default value for any bool or tristate Kconfig
setting so there is no need to write it explicitly.

Also since commit f467c5640c29 ("kconfig: only write '# CONFIG_FOO
is not set' for visible symbols") the Kconfig behavior is the same
regardless of 'default n' being present or not:

    ...
    One side effect of (and the main motivation for) this change is making
    the following two definitions behave exactly the same:

        config FOO
                bool

        config FOO
                bool
                default n

    With this change, neither of these will generate a
    '# CONFIG_FOO is not set' line (assuming FOO isn't selected/implied).
    That might make it clearer to people that a bare 'default n' is
    redundant.
