instead of calling INIT_LIST_HEAD(). Here we can simplify

The deprecated helper strcpy() performs no bounds checking on the
destination buffer. This could result in linear overflows beyond
the end of the buffer, leading to all kinds of misbehaviors.
The safe replacement is strscpy() [1].

Smatch reports that copying media_name and if_name to name_parts may
overwrite the destination.

 .../bearer.c:166 bearer_name_validate() error: strcpy() 'media_name' too large for 'name_parts->media_name' (32 vs 16)
 .../bearer.c:167 bearer_name_validate() error: strcpy() 'if_name' too large for 'name_parts->if_name' (1010102 vs 16)

This does seem to be the case so guard against this possibility by using
strscpy() and failing if truncation occurs.

Compile tested only.

tipc_udp_addr2str() should return non-zero value if the UDP media
address is invalid. Otherwise, a buffer overflow access can occur in
tipc_media_addr_printf(). Fix this by returning 1 on an invalid UDP
media address.
