powerpc/purgatory: remove PGO flags
commit 20188baceb7a1463dc0bcb0c8678b69c2f447df6 upstream.
If profile-guided optimization is enabled, the purgatory ends up with
multiple .text sections. This is not supported by kexec and crashes the
system.
