hwmon: (tmp513) Simplify with dev_err_probe()
[ Upstream commit df989762bc4b71068e6adc0c2b5ef6f76b6acf74 ] Common pattern of handling deferred probe can be simplified with dev_err_probe(). Less code and also it prints the error value.
