pinctrl: meson-gxl: add missing i2c_d pinmux

Amlogic GXL has 4 I2C attached to gpio-periphs. I2C_D is on GPIOX_10/11.
Add the relevant func 3 pinmux per the datasheet for S805X/S905X/S905D.
