Pull Kbuild updates from Masahiro Yamada:

 - Enable -Wenum-conversion warning option

 - Refactor the rpm-pkg target

 - Fix scripts/setlocalversion to consider annotated tags for rt-kernel

 - Add a jump key feature for the search menu of 'make nconfig'

 - Support Qt6 for 'make xconfig'
