2024-12-19xfs: set XFS_SICK_INO_SYMLINK_ZAPPED explicitly when zapping a symlinkDarrick J. Wong1-1/+2
commit 6f4669708a69fd21f0299c2d5c4780a6ce358ab5 upstream. If we need to reset a symlink target to the "durr it's busted" string, then we clear the zapped flag as well. However, this should be using the provided helper so that we don't set the zapped state on an otherwise ok symlink. 2024-04-23xfs: exchange-range for repairs is no longer dynamicDarrick J. Wong1-0/+3
The atomic file exchange-range functionality is now a permanent filesystem feature instead of a dynamic log-incompat feature. It cannot be turned on at runtime, so we no longer need the XCHK_FSGATES flags and whatnot that supported it. Remove the flag and the enable function, and move the xfs_has_exchange_range checks to the start of the repair functions. Signed-off-by: Darrick J. 2024-04-15xfs: online repair of symbolic linksDarrick J. Wong1-0/+506
If a symbolic link target looks bad, try to sift through the rubble to find as much of the target buffer that we can, and stage a new target (short or remote format as needed) in a temporary file and use the atomic extent swapping mechanism to commit the results. In the worst case, we replace the target with an overly long filename that cannot possibly resolve. Signed-off-by: Darrick J. Wong <djwong@kernel.org> Reviewed-by: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de>
