2024-03-26ASoC: Intel: sof_sdw: Add support for cs42l43 optional speaker outputCharles Keepax2-0/+12
Add support for the optional speaker output on the cs42l43, this uses the new SOF_CODEC_SPKR quirk to conditional include the speaker DAI link. It is worth noting that currently no systems are included that utilise this feature, but the feature is added as several systems are on the horizon. As part of this SOF_SDW_MAX_DAI_NUM must be increased, it is currently 3 but cs42l43 will now have 4 DAI links. This value is increased to 8 to give some head room for future devices. Currently the cs42l43 just specifies a single endpoint, as the current machine driver only looks at the first endpoint specified. 2024-03-25ASoC: Intel: sof_da7219: add rpl_mx98360_da7219 board configBrent Lu1-0/+7
This configuration supports RPL boards which implement DA7219 on SSP0 and MAX98360A on SSP1. DA7219 uses PLL bypass mode to avoid WCLK locking problem. To use this mode, the MCLK frequency must be 12.288 or 24.576MHz in the topology binary. Highlights include: - Enhanced support for N:M CPU:CODEC mappings in the core and in audio-graph-card2. - Support for falling back to older SOF IPC versions where firmware for new versions is not available. - Support for notification of control changes generated by SOF firmware with IPC4. - Device tree support for describing parts of the card which can be active over suspend (for very low power playback or wake word use cases). - ACPI parsing support for the ES83xx driver, reducing the number of quirks neede for x86 systems. - Support for more AMD and Intel systems, NXP i.MX8m MICFIL, Qualcomm SM8250, SM8550, SM8650 and X1E80100. - Removal of Freescale MPC8610 support, the SoC is no longer supported by Linux.

Change the ALSA prefix for the CS35L56 to "AMPn". This keeps them consistent with the CS35L56 HDA driver. It also avoids coding the chip ID into the control name, so that other Cirrus amps with the same controls can have the same control names. The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro YT3-X90 x86 tablet, which ships with Android with a custom kernel as factory OS, does not list the used WM5102 codec inside its DSDT. Workaround this with a new snd_soc_acpi_intel_baytrail_machines[] entry which matches on the SST id instead of the codec id like nocodec does, combined with using a machine_quirk callback which returns NULL on other machines to skip the new entry on other machines. 2023-09-19ASoC: Intel: soc-acpi: fix Dell SKU 0B34Pierre-Louis Bossart1-6/+6
The rule for the SoundWire tables is that the platforms with more devices need to be added first. We broke that rule with the Dell SKU 0B34, and caused the second amplifier for SKU 0AF3 to be ignored. The fix is simple, we need to move the single-amplifier entry after the two-amplifier one.
