2024-05-08ASoC: SOF: Use *-y instead of *-objs in MakefileTakashi Iwai1-4/+4
*-objs suffix is reserved rather for (user-space) host programs while usually *-y suffix is used for kernel drivers (although *-objs works for that purpose for now). Let's correct the old usages of *-objs in Makefiles. 2022-08-19ASoC: SOF: imx: Add i.MX8ULP HW supportZhang Peng1-0/+2
This adds skeleton support for the audio DSP hardware found on NXP i.MX8ULP platform. On i.MX8ULP resources (clocks, power, etc) are managed by the System Integration Module in LPAV domain and XRDC which is handled by arm trusted firmware. 2020-09-17ASoC: SOF: imx: Add debug support for imx platformsIulian Olaru1-0/+3
This patch adds debug support for imx platforms. This is important in order to gather information about the state of the DSP in case of an oops and the reason for the oops. This is done by checking if a message with a panic code has been placed in the debug box, in the imx8_dsp_handle_request function from sof/imx. If positive, the function imx8_dump, added in common, will be called. The first step is to gather information about the registers, filename, line number and stack by calling the imx8_get_registers, added in common. Then the information will be printed to the console by calling the get_status function. 2020-04-15ASoC: SOF: imx: Add i.MX8M HW supportDaniel Baluta1-0/+2
This adds skeleton support for the audio DSP hardware found on NXP i.MX8M platform. There is one notable difference between i.MX8M and i.MX8, which doesn't allow us to reuse HW support from imx8.c file designed for i.MX8: On i.MX8M resources (clocks, power, pinctrl, etc) are managed by the Linux kernel while on i.MX8 resources are managed by a separate System Controller Firmware. This makes the interface to those resources completely different.
