build: Remove special case for the build farm

Except in the formatting of the selftest output, this removes the special case
of the build farm, so that an autobuild, a manual make test and the build farm
are more similar.

socket_wrapper: use libreplace headers based on "#ifdef HAVE_LIBREPLACE"

The socket_wrapper does not support setting blocking flag or
timeouts on the sockets.

To use socket module in python, use

from samba import socket
