python: remove all 'from future import print_function'

This made Python 2's print behave like Python 3's print().

In some cases, where we had:

   from __future__ import print_function
   """Intended module documentation..."""

this will have the side effect of making the intended module documentation
work as the actual module documentation (i.e. becoming __doc__), because
it is once again the first statement in the module.

pytests: heed assertEquals deprecation warning en-masse

TestCase.assertEquals() is an alias for TestCase.assertEqual() and
has been deprecated since Python 2.7.

When we run our tests with in python developer mode (`PYTHONDEVMODE=1
make test`) we get 580 DeprecationWarnings about this.

tests: Work audit_log CLIENT_IP out from config instead of env var

Instead of passing the CLIENT_IP to the audit_log tests, we can just
work out the source-IP that the client will use from its smb.conf file.
Because the audit_log tests are all run on the non-local testenv,
they'll already use the client.conf and the 127.0.0.11 address.

The main advantage of this change is it avoids having hardcoded IP
addresses in the selftest framework.

Because we have tests for this in the auth audit code, we do not need to have
the complexity of checking that we got DCE/RPC over SMB as an authorization
message here.
