This also adds a SMBC_ENCRYPTLEVEL_DEFAULT to 'enum
smbc_smb_encrypt_level' in order to use the smb.conf default value.

Returns the same as smbc_readdirplus() but also
can return a struct stat if passed in by the caller.

struct stat is synthesized from the data
returned by the SMB server.
