The aim here is to document the expected (even if not implemented)
SEARCH_FLAG_RODC_ATTRIBUTE vs SEARCH_FLAG_CONFIDENTIAL, behaviour, so
that any change once CVE-2023-4154 is fixed can be noted.

To re-use setup code, the super-class must have no test_*() methods
otherwise these will be run as well as the class-local tests.

We rename tests that would otherwise have duplicate names

This made Python 2's print behave like Python 3's print().

In some cases, where we had:

   from __future__ import print_function
   """Intended module documentation..."""

this will have the side effect of making the intended module documentation
work as the actual module documentation (i.e. becoming __doc__), because
it is once again the first statement in the module.

TestCase.assertEquals() is an alias for TestCase.assertEqual() and
has been deprecated since Python 2.7.

When we run our tests with in python developer mode (`PYTHONDEVMODE=1
make test`) we get 580 DeprecationWarnings about this.

This demonstrates a problems that the extended_dn returned
by the dirsync module always uses the SDDL format for GUID/SID
components.

Azure AD connect reports discovery errors:
  reference-value-not-ldap-conformant
for attributes member and manager.
The key is that it sends the LDAP_SERVER_EXTENDED_DN_OID without
an ExtendedDNRequestValue blob, which means the flag value should
be treated as 0 and the HEX string format should be used.
