source4: Use wrapper for string to integer conversion

In order to detect an value overflow error during
the string to integer conversion with strtoul/strtoull,
the errno variable must be set to zero before the execution and
checked after the conversion is performed. This is achieved by
using the wrapper function strtoul_err and strtoull_err.

Set SOCKET_CLOEXEC on the sockets returned by accept.  This ensures that
the socket is unavailable to any child process created by system().
Making it harder for malicious code to set up a command channel,
as seen in the exploit for CVE-2015-0240

s4: remove ipv6:enabled parameteric option

this was never disabling ipv6, only v6-only interfaces. This can be achieved
with the interfaces parameter also if wanted.
