Update the knightslanding events using the new tooling from:

The events are unchanged but unused json values are removed. This
increases consistency across the json files.

Update to v9, the metrics are based on TMA 4.4 full.
Use script at:
https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/blob/master/download_and_gen.py
to download and generate the latest events and metrics. Manually copy
the knightslanding files into perf and update mapfile.csv.
Tested on a non-knightslanding with 'perf test':
10: PMU events :
10.1: PMU event table sanity : Ok
10.2: PMU event map aliases : Ok
10.3: Parsing of PMU event table metrics : Ok
10.4: Parsing of PMU event table metrics with fake PMUs : Ok
Note: uncore-memory has become uncore-other as the topic was
determined this way in the conversion scripts. For simplicity the
scripts naming is maintained.

Go over the tools/ files that are maintained in Arnaldo's tree and
fix common typos: half of them were in comments, the other half
in JSON files.
( Care should be taken not to re-import these typos in the future,
if the JSON files get updated by the vendor without fixing the typos. )
No change in functionality intended.
Committer notes:
This was split from a larger patch as there are code that is,
additionally, maintained outside the kernel tree, so to ease cherry
picking and/or backporting, split this into multiple patches.
